How We Got Started

It all started with a Funko Soda I bought for my son, Wilder. What I thought would be a simple gift quickly turned into a passion that my entire family shared. Before long, I found myself chasing rare collectibles, hunting exclusive releases, and connecting with an amazing community of fellow collectors who shared the same excitement.

In September 2022, I took a leap of faith and hosted my very first live show on Whatnot. From that moment on, Big Dex Comics was born. Wilder quickly became a fan favorite during our live streams, and the incredible support from the collecting community inspired me to grow Big Dex Comics into something far beyond anything I ever imagined.

We work directly with artists and publishers to commission exclusive variant covers. Each cover is a Big Dex Comics exclusive or convention-limited edition.

Are your comics authenticated?

Yes. All comics ship in protective packaging with boards and bags. Convention exclusives come with any relevant certificates of authenticity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide with tracked, insured shipping to protect your order.

What is Whatnot?

Whatnot is a live auction platform where we stream weekly. You can bid on exclusive comics, grab deals, and hang out with the collector community in real time.
